This initiative aims to strengthen the strategic partnership between National Taiwan University (NTU), Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA), and University of Tsukuba (UT) by promoting joint research and educational exchanges among participating institutions. Through this initiative, we hope that researchers from NTU, UGA, and UT will actively facilitate and support collaborative projects of mutual interest, fostering multidisciplinary, cutting-edge research that generates both academic and societal impact.
